A side-tracked bus driver "risked passengers' lives" when he was caught on camera 'texting' at the wheel. <br /><br />As shown in shocking dashcam footage, the driver of the single decker bus can clearly be seen looking down at a hand-held device with his eyes off the road.<br /><br />But he was spotted by a passing cyclist, who shouted at him to "put it down" as he approached a busy junction.
