This is the moment an alleged would-be thief was apprehended by a comedian - after he sprinted into the middle of a hidden camera stand up show.<br /><br />Comic Milo McCabe was being filmed by pal Will Hutchby as part of an act which sees him asking people to "sponsor a word" in the style of a charity street chugger.<br /><br />But Milo - who was playing the character of a dapper 1930s gent - was astonished when he saw an alleged shoplifter running towards him, chased by a shop worker.<br /><br />The apparent thief runs straight into the middle of the stunt, so Milo and fellow pedestrians tackled him to the ground in Liverpool.
