This is the bizarre moment brazen thieves were caught on CCTV stealing a bonnet and bumper from a car which was parked in a residential street.<br /><br />Footage shows the two crooks crawling under the Vauxhall Corsa before carefully stripping it for parts.<br /><br />The video shows the men targeting the car which was parked in St Saviours Road, Saltley, Birmingham, between 4am and 5am on May 13.
