The original map of Winnie-the-Pooh’s Hundred Acre Wood is set to sell for £150,000 after emerging for the first time in almost 50 years.<br /><br />The “charming sketch”, from 1926, has been described as “possibly the most famous map in children’s literature”,<br /><br />Drawn by E.H. Shepard, the map appears on the opening end-papers of the original 1926 book and introduces readers to the world of Christopher Robin and his woodland friends.
