A three-wheeler loaded with a black four-door sedan sped down a busy road in China.<br /><br />The bizarre video was captured in Huzhou City in eastern Zhejiang Province on May 30.<br /><br />According to reports, the three-wheeler's driver, named Shen, bought the abandoned car as scrap metal.<br /><br />In order to save some money, Shen decided to transport the whole car to the waste recycling station by himself.<br /><br />Police fined and deducted points from Shen's licence.<br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++
