<br /> Comedian Artie Lange will avoid time behind bars in his heroin possession case.<br />The Essex County, New Jersey prosecutor’s office revealed Lange will get four years probation.<br />He will also serve 50 hours of community service.<br />Lange must also undergo an outpatient rehabilitation program. <br />In December 2017 Lange pled guilty to one count of third-degree possession.<br />The comedian had also been charged with possession of cocaine.<br />That charge was dismissed in exchange for his guilty plea. <br />
