How to make Homemade Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Check out the from scratch amazingness in my Thanksgiving Ecookbook \r<br>\r<br>DOUGH TIPS\r<br>Double in size \r<br>Rise without sticking \r<br>\r<br>HAWAIIAN SWEET ROLL RECIPE\r<br>Printable Recipe \r<br>1 ½ c. pineapple juice\r<br>4 ½ tsp. ive dry yeast\r<br>2/3 c. granulated sugar\r<br>1/2 c. butter, at room temperature, plus extra for brushing rolls\r<br>1 tsp. vanilla extr\r<br>2 large eggs\r<br>5-6 c. bread flour\r<br>1 tsp. salt\r<br>1/4 C melted butter \r<br>microwave the pineapple juice about 40 seconds, it should reach about 105 degrees F\r<br>in the bowl of a mixer with a dough hook stir together yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar and pineapple juice, let stand for 5-10 mins.\r<br>add the remaining sugar, butter, vanilla extr, and eggs; stir to combine.\r<br>add 3 cups of flour and salt. Stir on low \r<br>Continue adding flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough JUST starts to clears the sides of the bowl. The dough will feel sticky. \r<br>continue to knead for about 1 minute.\r<br>Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and let it rise until dough has doubled in size, about 1 1/2 hours.\r<br>Shape dough into rolls. If you would like smaller, dinner-sized rolls, shape into 24 rolls.
