Tasty and crispy moong dal cabbage vada is the best winter snack recipe which is very simple and easy to make. Cabbage with lot of health benefits makes a perfect combination with moong dal.\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>Ingredients: Moong dal(soaked and water drained) 1 cup Cabbage(Finely grated) 1 cup Green chillies 2-3 Cumin seeds ½ tsp Salt to taste Curry leaves 1 sprig Coriander leaves ½ bunch Oil to deep fry\r<br>\r<br> Method :\r<br>\r<br>Blend soaked moong dal with green chillies, cumin seeds and salt into coarse paste. \r<br>Now take grated cabbage in a bowl and add the moong dal paste, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix it.\r<br>Now with this paste make vadas and deep fry in hot oil.\r<br>When they turn golden brown take them on tissue paper.\r<br>Enjoy crispy vadas with any chutney of your taste.
