Nine migrants, including six children, have drowned in a boat accident off Turkey's Mediterranean coast. <br /> Fifteen migrants were said to be on the boat that capsized on Sunday near the town of Demre in the southern province of Antalya.<br />Meanwhile, at least 35 migrants died and dozens more were rescued in a separate sinking off the coast of Tunisia.<br />More than a thousand migrants from sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East have died this year trying to cross to Europe for refuge. <br />
