South Korea's top negotiator at the six-party talks will meet his Russian counterpart in Moscow on Tuesday to discuss the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. <br /> Seoul's foreign ministry says Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Lee Do-hoon... and Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov will share views on the current diplomatic situation as the historic North Korea-U.S. summit approaches, possibly reflecting on the inter-Korean summit and the Russian foreign minister's visit to Pyongyang.<br />They will also discuss ways to cooperate in order to achieve denuclearization and lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula. <br />
