Demi Lovato has apologised after being accused of trivializing sexual assault.<br /><br />The singer was slammed for sharing details of a joke she pulled on her bodyguard, after revealing what the ‘best’ prank she ever played was. <br /><br />On Twitter Demi revealed that she hired a lady of the night in Vegas and sent her to her bodyguard Max’s hotel room to surprise him. <br /><br />She added that the woman walked into his room without permission and grabbed him in his 'area', which made Max freak out. <br /><br />After being criticized for the prank, Demi hit back saying she could tweet about craving jelly beans and it would offend someone.<br /><br />But she soon backtracked and apologized for causing offence.<br />
