Thoughts on The SCOTUS Ruling Against Baking The Cake

2018-06-04 3 Dailymotion

The Supreme Court ruled 7-2 in favor of the baker in the 2012 Masterpiece cakeshop case. I don't really look at this from the perspective of a win for religious liberty, but rather a win for freedom of association.

www.nkreider.com/thoughts18

CORRECTION: I've seen some people claim that the 'narrow' description refers to the fact that the ruling is limited only to this individual case, and not other cases concerned with business discrimination. This may be more accurate than what I said.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/supreme-court/narrow-ruling-supreme-court-gives-victory-baker-who-refused-make-n872946

https://www.cnbc.com/2018/06/04/supreme-court-rules-in-favor-of-colorado-baker-who-refused-to-make-wedding-cake-for-gay-couple-for-religious-reasons.html

https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/04/politics/masterpiece-colorado-gay-marriage-cake-supreme-court/index.html

Visit www.nkreider.com for more!

Twitter.com/LibertyNAK
Minds.com/nkreider
Facebook.com/LibertyNAK
Gab.ai/nkreider
Bitchute.com/channel/nkreider
Soundcloud.com/nkreider
Dailymotion.com/nkreider
Nkreider.Liberty.me
Steemit.com/@nkreider
Vimeo.com/nkreider
PewTube.com/user/NAK

Outro Music: A New Beginning, by Bensound (www.Bensound.com)
