POLICE on the Copperbelt are investigating a group of musicians called 408 Empire who released the video called "Walitwishiba Ifwe" which praises the Tokota Boys gang and their criminal activities. <br /><br />It has been alleged that some of the Tokota commanders are featured in the video. <br /><br />A number of the Tokota boys were arrested this past week after a gruesome video in which they assaulted a 16 year boy went viral.
