Try Chef Ruchi's version of Gluten-free Chocolate Cake and share your experience in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />3/4 cup - Ragi/Nachni Flour<br />1/4 cup - Almond Flour<br />2 tbsp - Cocoa Powder<br />1/2 cup - Caster Sugar/ Brown Sugar<br />1/2 tsp - Baking Powder<br />1/2 tsp - Soda Bicarb<br />Salt<br />1/2 cup - curd<br />1 tsp - Vanilla Essence<br />1/4 cup - Water<br />5 inch - Tin<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl add ragi flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, caster sugar, baking powder, soda bicarb, and a pinch of salt. Mix them well.<br />In another bowl add curd, vanilla essence, water and mix them well.<br />Spoon in the dry ingredients into the wet slowly while whisking it.<br />Pour the batter into a greased and dusted tin.<br />Place it in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.<br />Once it's done baking unmold it.<br />Serve it with ice-cream or whipped cream.
