According to the Atlantic, a top aide at the Environmental Protection Agency has resigned.<br />Though her tenure at the EPA will end with the week, Millan Hupp served as EPA administrator Scott Pruitt's director of scheduling.<br />The 26-year-old also worked with Pruitt in Oklahoma, prior to his appointment to lead the EPA. <br />
