Delaware is the first state in a quarter century to expand legal gambling on sports.<br />For now, wagering in Delaware will be limited to the state's three casinos before expanding online.<br />But it is the only state on the East Coast offering legal athletics wagering.<br />Gambling on sports has been partially legal in Delaware since 1992, when they obtained an exemption from the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act. <br />
