President Moon Jae-in has appointed an independent counsel to investigate the political manipulation of online comments -- the scandal named after a power blogger going by the handle "Druking."<br /> The liberal leader picked Huh Ik-Bum..., a lawyer who formerly served as prosecutor.<br />He's one of the two candidates nominated by the National Assembly.<br />"Druking" allegedly rigged the Internet comments to sway public opinion.<br />Ruling party officials, including former lawmaker Kim Kyoung-soo..., are said to have covertly endorsed his campaign.<br />The newly appointed special prosecutor now has up to 90 days to investigate the case. <br />
