EU Court Recognizes Right of Same-Sex Spouses to Live in Partner's Country

<p>The Court of Justice of the European Union ruled on June 5</a> that all EU states, even those that do not recognize same-sex marriage, must recognize the rights of same-sex spouses to live in their partner’s home countries.</p><p>The case comes after Romania didn’t recognize</a> the right of an American man to live in Romania, his partner’s home country, in 2012</a> after they were married in Brussels.
