Do try this recipe and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1/2 kg - Colocasia/Arbi/Taro root (Boiled&Peeled)<br />Salt<br />Red Chili Powder<br />Ajwain<br />Jeera powder<br />Dry coriander powder<br />Green Chilies - Chopped<br />Amchoor Powder<br />Coriander leaves<br />2 tsp - Ginger - Garlic paste<br />3-4 tsp - Gram flour<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Cut the Arbi into 2 pieces from the center.<br />Add salt, red chili powder, ajwain, jeera powder, dry coriander powder, green chilies, amchoor powder, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, gram flour.<br />Coat the arbi with this dry masalas and keep it aside to rest for 30 minutes.<br />Fry the arbi in hot oil and take it out once it's done.<br />Now the next step is to cover the arbi with a tissue paper and press it lightly.<br />Put the arbi in the frying pan again to fry it one more time.<br />Our Arbi's are nice, crispy and ready to eat.<br />
