An enterprising man in China tied two stools to his feet to cross a flooded street.<br /><br />In the video, shot in Guangzhou City in southern China's Guangdong Province on June 8, the young man moves carefully through the water as other citizens walk through the flooded street. <br /><br />A man in the video can be heard saying: "We all had the same nine-year compulsory education.
