This rainy season try making this tea-time snack at home and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients for the filling:<br />Oil<br />1tsp Mustard Seeds<br />1 Cup Onion, chopped<br />1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste<br />3 Green chilies, finely chopped<br />2tsp Coriander powder<br />2tsp Red chili powder<br />2tsp Garam masala<br />1tbsp Cumin powder<br />1 tbsp Sugar<br />Asafoetida<br />Salt to taste<br />2 Potatoes, boiled & mashed<br />2 tbsp Gram flour<br /><br />Ingredients for kachori:<br />Dough<br />Dry flour<br />Filling<br />Oil<br /><br />Method of preparation for the filling:<br />In a pan heat oil, mustard seeds, once it starts crackling add onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, sugar, asafoetida, salt.<br />Mix it well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.<br />Add potatoes, gram flour and our filling is ready.<br />Keep it aside to cool down.<br /><br />Method of preparation for Kachori:<br />Take a small piece of dough, dip it in dry flour and roll it into a puri.<br />Do not roll it too thin.<br />Stuff the filling inside the puri, approx 1 tbsp.<br />Same way make other kachoris as well.<br />Fry the kachoris in hot oil until they turn golden brown.<br />Our Aloo Pyaaz Kachori is ready, you can have it with any chutney of your choice.
