A brave police officer frantically smashed his way through a car sunroof to rescue a driver trapped in a flooded vehicle.<br /><br />The CCTV video, filmed in Guangzhou City in southern Guangdong Province on June 8, shows a police officer climbing over the barriers to try to open the car door to save the driver trapped inside.<br /><br />But when he fails, he goes the aerial route, retrieving a stone from nearby bushes and smashing the sunroof with it.<br /><br />After he pulls the driver out of the car from the sunroof, he helps her through the floods.<br /><br />The driver was unhurt but the police officer injured his arm.
