<p>The antics of an enthusiastic road work cheered up commuters stuck in traffic on June 9 in Porirua, New Zealand.</p><p>Zane Hair caught the funny scene on camera and told NZ Herald</a> he was “just cracking up and my dog in the back, Zeke, he was going nuts over it”.
