<br /> Suing for the moon!<br />Gizmodo reports that Laura Murray Cicco filed a lawsuit against NASA last week.<br />The lawsuit was preemptively filed against the agency …<br />… to keep it from trying to seize the lunar moment<br />NASA in the past has seized such items.<br />The object in question is a vial of moon dust, gifted to Cicco by Neil Armstrong in the 70’s<br />in an interview with the Washington Post, Cicco’s attorney Christopher McHugh says:<br />Laura was rightfully given this stuff by Neil Armstrong, so it’s hers and we just want to establish that legally,<br />McHugh hasn’t heard from NASA yet<br />NASA has 60 days to respond. <br />
