A dashcam captured a truck swing out of control on highway in San Jose, California, on June 9.<br /><br />In the video, a truck pulling a trailer is seen veering out of control. A bigger tractor-trailer truck ends up colliding with the smaller truck as debris spreads across the highway.<br /><br />The filmer said he “watched in horror" as the trailer swung out of control and praised emergency medical technicians (EMTs) for arriving quickly to aid the victims.
