20HP Big Valve Predator 212 Runs!

2018-06-14 1 Dailymotion

After installing the aftermarket cam, billet flywheel, billet rod, and porting and polishing the head on our Predator 212, it's time to oversize the valves. We install bronze valve guides and install our new trick valves. Whereas the stock valves are 27mm for the intake and 25mm for the exhaust, our aftermarket pieces are 28.5mm for intake and 25mm for exhaust. We're also using a 24mm flat slide carburetor to help the engine breathe at high RPM, as well as 26lb valve springs to prevent valve float and help this engine rev to 9,000 RPM.

Thanks for Watching!

Facebook:
Instagram:

-----USE CODE "CC10" FOR 10% OFF AT GOPOWERSPORTS.COM-----
(Discount applies to mini bike, street kart, and off road kart parts only)

Go Kart Kit Frame:
Go Kart Complete Kit:

24mm flat slide carb:
26lb Valve Springs:
Billet rod (+0.20):
Bronze valve guides:
28.5mm intake valve:
25mm exhaust valve:
Valve retainers:
.274 lift cam (hemi):
Billet flywheel (hemi):
Go Power Sports:

NEW MERCH:
Equipment we use:

The following video features activities performed in controlled environments by knowledgeable persons.
