North Korea's Kim Yong-nam, who serves as the regime's ceremonial head of state, is due to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.<br /> A Kremlin spokesperson told reporters Wednesday that the two will have a meeting on Thursday, but provided no further details.<br />Kim Yong-nam arrived in Russia on Tuesday... to attend the opening ceremony of the 2018 World Cup, and he's expected to stay in the country until Friday.<br />It's widely expected Kim will brief Putin on the details of the North Korea-U.S. summit,... and ask for Moscow's support in the denuclearization process. <br />
