Laura Cicco, a resident of Kansas, is preemptively suing NASA over moon dust.<br />Cicco claims she was given a vial moondust from Neil Armstrong.<br />She is suing NASA so that they don't have the capability of seizing the artifact from her.<br />Cicco even has a signed personal note from Armstrong reading:<br />"To Laura Ann Murray - Best of Luck - Neil Armstrong, Apollo 11."<br />NASA has yet to comment on the case, saying that it would be inappropriate to do so at this time. <br />
