Do try this recipe at home and share your experience with us.<br /><br />Ingredients<br />3 cups Water<br />1 cup ice cubes<br />2 tbsp boondi<br /><br />Paste:<br />1 tsp Amchur powder<br />1 tsp Cumin Seed<br />1/2 cup Coriander Leaves<br />1/2 cup Mint leaves<br />1 no. Green chilly<br />1 tsp Black Salt<br />1/2 cup Raw mango dices with its skin<br /><br />Method of Preparation:<br />In a blender jar add raw mangoes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, amchoor powder, green chili, cumin seeds, and black salt.<br />Grind them into a fine paste.<br />Transfer the paste in a deep bowl, add in some ice, salt, water and give it a nice stir.<br />Add in boondi and again give it a nice stir.<br />Our Kachi Kairi ka Pani is ready.
