Makes 1.<br /><br />15ml Amontillado Sherry<br />15ml White Vermouth<br />20ml Hortus Raspberry Gin Liqueur<br />10ml sugar syrup<br />Approx. 50ml sparkling wine<br />Clementine peel, to garnish<br /><br />1. Stir everything except the fizz over ice and strain into a small chilled coupe glass<br />2. Top up with a small splash of sparkling wine<br />3. Garnish with a strip of clementine peel<br /><br />'Out of the cold'. Serves 4. Prep time 8mins.<br /><br />60ml Abrachan Whiskey<br />30ml Triple Sec<br />400ml Cider<br />50g honey<br />50ml sugar syrup<br />Mixture of G&T spices<br />Apple slices, to garnish<br /><br />1. Add all of the ingredients into sealable glass bottle or mason jar and leave it to sit in the fridge for<br />as long as you like<br />2. When you’re ready to drink it, put a large pan of water on a medium heat and place the bottle/jar in<br />the water<br />3. Allow the water to heat up the contents of the bottle/jar. For a half litre of the cocktail, heat for<br />around 20minutes. Do not boil the water.<br />4. Once you’re confident the cocktail is warm, pop the lid and serve in handled punch glasses.<br />5. Garnish with slice of apple with spices balanced on top<br /><br />Non-alcoholic ‘Blood Orange Fizz’<br /><br />100ml Deluxe Sparkling Blood Orange and Cranberry Presse<br />100ml tonic water<br />A wedge of lime<br />Fresh rosemary, to garnish<br /><br />1.
