<p>A couple of small fish were seen picking at a cigarette butt in the waters off Flinders, south of Melbourne.</p><p>Diver Jules Casey posted footage on June 16 in the hope of raising awareness about ocean pollution.</p><p>“These little fish don’t know how toxic those cigarettes butts are,” she wrote.
