Korea's exports of information, communications and technology products or ICT... jumped 10-point-9 percent on-year in April,... but other exports nosedived.<br /> According to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.... and the Ministry of Science and ICT,... Korea shipped 32-point-8 billion U.S. dollars of non-ICT products in April...., down 7 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.<br />Non-ICT exports also fell zero-point-eight percent on-year in February,.... and zero-point-two percent in March.<br />It's the first time since July of 2016.... that non-ICT exports have fallen for three consecutive months.<br />Hyundai Research Institute says.... the nation's exports are heavily dependent on the ICT sector,... and that it should try to reduce this dependency. <br />
