Matthew P. Wright was arrested after driving onto the Mike O' Callagahn-Pat Tillman Bridge.<br />He was in an armored vehicle that he created himself, and he used it to block traffic.<br />On his driver's side window there was a sign that read, "Release the OIG report."<br />Wright was arrested and taken into custody without protest.<br />Two firearms in his vehicle, and Wright's actions made many think he would blow-up the bridge. <br />
