This was filmed on Pacific Boulevard by Eddie at around 11 am and later shared to Twitter.<br /><br />Elsewhere in east LA, home to a large population of Mexicans, festivities erupted all over town as fans donning sombreros, Mexican flags and green jerseys took to the streets to celebrate beating Germany 1-0.
