The number of people confirmed dead in the powerful earthquake that hit Osaka on Monday has risen to four.<br /> The earthquake knocked over walls and caused other debris to fall on the people that died.<br />It also sparked fires and caused water pipes to burst.<br />The Japanese Meteorological Administration is warning local residents to be on guard as another strong quake could hit the area within the next week. <br />
