The World Health Organization has now classified a 'gaming disorder' as a mental health condition.<br />According to UPI, the WHO announced the classification along with the United Nation's health agency.<br />The organization added it will add 'extreme video game playing' as a condition in the 11th edition of the International Classification of Diseases manual.<br />According to the new manual, 'gaming disorder' is characterized by a pattern of persistent gaming that takes precedence over other daily activities.<br />But Dr. Vladimir Poznyak with the WHO's Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse told CNN that the number of diagnosed cases is very low. <br />
