Enjoy it with hot kachori's and do let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients for masala:-<br />1 tbsp Coriander seeds<br />1 tsp Cumin seeds<br />1 tsp Fennel seeds<br />8-10 black pepper<br />9-10 fenugreek seeds<br /><br />Ingredients for Sabzi:<br />4 tbsp Oil<br />1 Green Chili, finely chopped<br />1 tsp ginger, grated<br />2 Dry Red Chiles<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />1 tsp Red Chili Powder<br />1/2 tsp Cumin Powder<br />1 tsp Coriander Powder<br />1 tsp Garam Masala<br />4 Tomatoes, finely chopped<br />1 tsp Salt<br />4 Potatoes, boiled & crushed<br />2 Cups Water<br />1 tsp Kasoori Methi<br /><br />Method for Aloo sabzi:-<br />Grind all the dry ingredients first. <br />Heat a pan, add oil, green chilies, ginger, dry red chilies.<br />Keep the gas on low flame, add the grounded masalas and mix them well.<br />Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, mix them well.<br />Add tomatoes, and mix well.<br />Add salt and mix well.<br />Close the lid and let the tomatoes cook.<br />Add potatoes, and mix it well.<br />Add some more salt to balance the taste and add water. Mix them well.<br />Sprinkle kasoori methi, mix well and close the lid.<br />Let it cook for 10 minutes.<br />Our Delhi Special Aloo Sabzi is ready.<br />
