Try Chef Sonali's innovative idea of Leftover Chapati Cake and share your experience with us. <br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />1 ½ Cup Chapati, pieces<br />4 tbsp Maida<br />3 tbsp Desicated Coconut<br />½ Cup Oil<br />1 Cup Powdered Sugar<br />2 Eggs<br />1 tsp Vanilla Essence<br />1 tsp Baking powder<br />½ tsp Baking Soda<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a mixer jar add chapati pieces, grind it coarsely.<br />Add all the dry ingredients to the ground chapati and mix them well.<br />In a mixer jar add all the wet ingredients and blend them nicely. <br />Add the wet ingredients in to the dry ingredients and mix them well.<br />Add vanilla essence, and give it a mix.<br />Add baking powder and baking soda to the batter and give it a good mix.<br />Add the batter to the greesed and dusted mold.<br />Tap the mold, so that the air bubble gets released.<br />Preheat the oven a 200°C<br />Bake it at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.<br />Our Cake is ready, lets unmold it.<br />
