<p>Police fatally shot a 17-year-old boy when he fled from a traffic stop in East Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, June 19.</p><p>Police stopped the car the teenager had been riding in because it may have been involved in an earlier shooting in nearby North Braddock, a news report said</a>. When police arrested the driver, two people fled from the car. Officers opened fire, hitting the unidentified 17 year old, the report said.
