A filmer caught a sea star walking slowly across a sandbar on Jupiter Island, Florida, and the effect is mesmerizing.<br /><br />In the video, the sea star is seen walking on a sandbar during low tide on June 3.<br /><br />“Marine scientists have undertaken the difficult task of replacing the beloved starfish’s common name with sea star because, well, the starfish is not a fish. It’s an echinoderm, closely related to sea urchins and sand dollars,” according to National Geographic.
