<p>A thunderstorm brought severe flash flooding to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and surrounding towns late on the evening of June 20.</p><p>The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said</a> a state of emergency was declared in Bethel Park, while first responders evacuated homes, business and drivers from swamped cars.</p><p>This footage shows a car in the floodwater on McNeilly Road in the southern suburbs of Pittsburgh; a second vehicle is seen driving through the deep water.
