Peru have no hope of extending their stay in Russia.<br /> The day's last game saw Argentina take on Croatia in Nizhny Novgorod.<br />Argentina were looking to bounce back from their draw against Iceland in Group D against an underrated Croatian side.<br />A scoreless first half,... but a 53rd minute goal by Ante Rebic broke the deadlock after a terrible mistake by the goalkeeper.<br />The Argentine defense proceeded to collapse as Luka Modric and Ivan Rakitic scored late in the match,... to give Croatia a stunning 3-0 victory.<br /> With the win,...
