So make sure you try this delicious recipe at home and do not forget to share your feedback with us.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />250 gms Corn<br />2 Bunch Spinach<br /><br />Ingredients for Gravy Base:<br />1 Large Onion, chopped<br />10-12 Cashew, soaked<br /><br />Ingredients for Palak Corn:<br />1 tsp Oil <br />1 tsp Cumin Seeds<br />1 Bay Leaf<br />1 inch Cinnamon<br />1 1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped<br />Onion - Cashew Paste<br />Spinach Paste<br />Salt to taste<br />1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder<br />1 tbsp Cashew Cream<br />Corn<br /><br />Ingredients for Cashew Paste:<br />Water<br />15-20 Cashews, soaked<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Keep some water to boil in a steamer, add corn, and on top add spinach, close the lid and let them steam.<br />Remove the corn in few minutes and let the corn steam for some more time.<br />In a mixer jar add onion, cashews, and blend them.<br />In a vessel heat oil, cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon, garlic, onion -cashew paste and mix them.<br />In the same mixer jar blend the spinach and add the spinach paste to the above mixture.<br />Add salt, red chili powder, and mix them.<br />In a mixer jar add cashew, water and blend them. Our Cashew Cream is ready.<br />Add corn to the spinach mixture, mix them well and finally some cashew cream.<br />Our Palak Corn is ready.
