Witnesses told investigators the pilot ran away after landing the plane in Cape May, a news report said</a>.</p><p>The plane landed at the US Coast Guard Training Center Cape May just before 8 pm, and the training center was on heightened security because of the incident.</p><p>Several people saw the red plane flying erratically in Wildwood and West Wildwood before it landed.
