Firefighters in China have rescued a man trapped in mud.<br /><br />In the clip, filmed in Chizhou City in eastern Anhui Province on June 22, a fireman tied to a rope crawls onto a plank to approach the trapped man despite heavy rain. <br /><br />His face is above the surface, allowing him to keep breathing.<br /><br />The fireman drags him onto the plank and three other firefighters help to pull them back to the dry land.<br /><br />A paramedic checks the man before he is carried onto a stretcher.<br /><br />Fortunately, he was not seriously injured.
