<p>Iran was eliminated from the World Cup on June 25 but people in Tehran still took to the streets in celebration of the team’s performance.</p><p>Abas Aslani shared footage of the celebrations on his Twitter page. Citizens can be seen celebrating in the streets, chanting and using noisemakers.</p><p>“#Iran says goodbye to #WorldCup2018, but Iranian seem to be happy about the performance of #TeaMelliIran,” Aslani tweeted.
