According to BuzzFeed, another Judge has denied Paul Manafort.<br />Manafort made a plea to dismiss the charges brought against him by Robert Mueller.<br />US District Judge T.S. Ellis III echoed previous concerns about the scope of Mueller's power.<br />But ultimately concluded Mueller had the authority to investigate and prosecute <br />Manafort.<br />Trump's former campaign chair is scheduled to go to trial in Virginia next month. <br />
