Rihanna is about to launch her second summer beauty collection.<br />Allure reports that the collection includes the brand's first Fenty Beauty eyeliner.<br />Rihanna announced the Moroccan Spice Collection Monday on Instagram.<br />The Flyliner is described as "a hyper-saturated, water-resistant liquid eyeliner."<br />It is said to have been created "with all eye shapes in mind."<br />The collection drops July 6. <br />
