So do try this recipe at home and give us your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Pre-heat the oven - 180°C<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1/2 Cup Palin Flour<br />1/2 Cup Castor Sugar<br />1/4 tsp Soda bicarb<br />1/4 tsp Baking powder<br />A pinch of salt<br />1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder<br />1/2 Cup Curd<br />2 tbsp Vegetable Oil<br />1 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Essence<br />3/4 Cup Carrot, grated<br />5 Inch Tin<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Sift in all the dry ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.<br />In another bowl add all the wet ingredients, whisk them together<br />and simultaneously start adding the dry ingredients.<br />Add carrot to the mixture and our batter is ready.<br />Now pour the batter into a tin and keep it inside a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°C<br />Once it's done unmold the cake on a wire rack.<br />Our Carrot cake is ready.
