A man standing on a freeway sign brought traffic to a standstill in downtown Los Angeles on June 27.<br /><br />In the video, a man is seen on a sign on the 110 Freeway talking through a loudspeaker to protest pollution. The cars on the freeway are at a complete stop.<br /><br />“Jeffrey, an environmentalist and activist, scaled a freeway sign to spread the message of stopping pollution in Los Angeles on the 110 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles,” the filmer wrote.
